We are Province Group.
We’re a highly professional building contractor operating across Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
We’re proud to be specialists in full house-refurbishment; full house-renovation; new home builds; house extensions as well as large landscaping schemes. We offer a complete end-to-end solution.
We concentrate on a limited number of large projects at any one time, with regular sub contractors used for each specialist trade required, and all are project managed throughout the entire process.
Our building and renovation services include: Design & Build; Interior Design, and Project Management.
Already suited with an architect or designer? We can also provide a building-only service. Our building management team has 50+ years’ experience, including extending, converting and refurbishing homes for happy and satisfied clients.

Where are you based and what areas do you cover?
While the main Province Group office is based in Bury St Edmunds, we also cover Colchester, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and London.
Will there be any hidden costs in the final balance?
No. None. All our prices are agreed in advance, and any additions or deductions will be due to a change in specification. In this event, a written quotation will be agreed prior to any potential adjustment in costs.
Do you specialise in any aspect of work in the industry?
Province Group’s main source of work is total full renovation, construction and refurbishment projects in the residential sector.
Will I have to pay for my quote and how long does it take?
At Province Group, there is no charge for costing your project no matter how in depth. We pride ourselves in making a good impression from the outset and guarantee all quotations to be submitted within 14 working days.
