How it works - our five step process

2. Concept & feasability

We explore the practicalities of the project, working alongside architects and specialist consultants where required to assess design options, planning considerations, budgets and the overall feasibility of the scheme.

3. Detailed costing & program

Once the scope has been defined, we prepare a detailed cost plan and construction programme. We do not rely on vague estimates or broad assumptions, with every project is properly costed so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

4. Build & project delivery

Construction is managed by our experienced team, with regular site meetings, weekly progress updates and direct communication throughout, ensuring you remain fully informed at every stage of the build.

5. Handover & aftercare

Our relationship does not end when construction is complete. We remain available to provide support, answer questions and ensure your completed home performs exactly as it should long after handover.
